E’TAE is committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients.  Our goal is to make your experience at E’TAE as pleasant and comfortable as possible while our Stylist's work to give you a beautiful hair visit!

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.  If it should interfere with our next scheduled appointment, we may suggest that you reschedule. Please call us at (215) 885-2307 if you are running late at least 15 minutes.

  • We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hours notice for all appointment changes or cancellation.

  • At the time of your appointment, please arrive with your hair combed out, ready to be treated & shampooed. We are not able to service you if arrive with braids or extensions.

  • For the consideration of our clients and staff, we do not allow additional guest unless they are being serviced.

  • Although we love children, we only service children 12 years old and up.

  • We kindly ask no food/drinks allowed in the salon.  E'TAE provides refreshments and snacks for all clients.

  • At this time, we do not offer natural hair styles. Ex. twist outs, rod sets, braids, locks, etc.

  • Our salon solely uses E'TAE Natural Products on ALL clients.

  • Although we do offer color services, we do not apply color to first time clients, We apply dark permanent and dark semi-permanent colors.  No highlights or lifting.
